Speak Up 5K

SpeakUp5k Tampa gives back! A portion of the proceeds from this race will be donated to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay to support their Florida Healthy Transitions program that is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).  The program aims to improve access to treatment and support services for youth and young adults ages 16-25 that either have, are experiencing symptoms, or are at risk of developing a serious mental health condition
