October Fun and Community Efforts
Sometimes a little snack can provide some comfort❣️ Snacks delivered to Brenda and dog Tibet with the Voices for Children today. Tibet, the courthouse dog, is there to provide comfort for the children (our most precious resource) through unfortunate situations in court. Voices For Children provides trained volunteers, Court Appointed Special Advocates, to abused and neglected children, who advocate in court to ensure each child a safe and permanent home.
The October meeting welcomed 3 new members, we made donations to Caterpillars to Butterflies charity for foster children and assembled Halloween goodie bags for HeartFELT kids. Final preparations are underway for Bingo Fundraiser on 10/29.
