Camp Boggy Bear Work Day at GFWC St. Petersburg Woman’s Club * RSVP by October 14th

Making stuffed bears for children with serious illnesses attending Camp Boggy Creek – a place where children can reach beyond their illnesses and enjoy the simple pleasures of childhood.

• Held at GFWC St. Petersburg Woman’s Club clubhouse located at 40 Snell Isle Blvd NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33704
• If you can sew and have a sewing machine, please bring it along with an extension cord with your name on it. 
• If you don’t sew but are willing to cut fabric or stuff bears, we need you too!  Please bring a pair of fabric scissors and put your name on them as well.
• We will also need donations for materials: fiberfill, thread, satin/fabric ribbon (1/4″ – 1 1/2″ wide works best). Also needed is cotton fabric in any color except for Black. The fabric may have a small pattern, as long as it is kid friendly, campy type of design, no stripes or fur. You can have a contrasting color for the arms and face. Please wash and dry the fabric before bringing it to the workshop. If wrinkled, please iron it.
