Certification Form, Release Form, Category List (Send all 5 pages even if nothing is on it), Creative Arts Waiver (For Photography)
Each photograph must be an 8 X 10-inch print and must be mounted on a rigid 8 X 10-inch board and overall thickness may not exceed 3/8 inch. No mattes, frames, or hangers are to be included. (Include this information on the back: Member’s name, name of club, district number, division, and category name. Mark your item with an arrow indicating the top of the photograph.) Must have a signed Creative Arts Waiver
Please send all Art Entry Paperwork (listed above) and your check ($2 Per Entry) made out to GFWC District 8. Paperwork must be received no later than February 3 2024. So please plan your Club House Competition accordingly.
