GFWC NICU Halloween Costume Blankets

Help to create some fun memories for families with babies in the NICU by creating cute costume blankets for babies first Halloween. All the materials are povided as we partner with the New Tampa Juniors group. All you need to bring are your scissors and a creative heart.
