- Dance parties: Have fun and destress with a dance party
- Pet-friendly events: Include pets in your activities to take advantage of their mental health benefits
- Educational workshops: Provide workshops on mental health topics
- Zen spaces: Set up areas in the office for relaxation
- Self-care time: Set aside time for self-care during the day
- Peer-to-peer shout-outs: Encourage employees to recognize each other
