3rd Annual First Responders Golf Classic

TAMPA, Fla., May 27, 2016 – The Franciscan Center and GFWC Woman’s Club of New Tampa announced today the 3rd Annual First Responders Golf Classic. Event sponsors committed to the event to date include Florida Blue Foundation, Bowen, Hanes & Company, Incorporated, The WaWa Foundation, Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, NY and New York Life. For the third year in a row Tampa Mayor, Bob Buckhorn will tee off with our community in support of this program along with Chief of Police, Eric Ward.
The Annual First Responders Golf Classic is a meaningful way to give back to our first responders. Proceeds from the golf classic benefit Operation Restore: First Responders Post Trauma Training Programs, which are held throughout the year at the Franciscan Center.
Monday, November 14, 2016 Hunters Green Country Club. 18101 Longwater Run Dr, Tampa, FL 33647 Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Scramble starts at 9:00 a.m. Rod Carter, WFLA, Channel 8 news anchor will join us as our emcee for our luncheon. Lunch, silent and live auctions will follow the tournament. Come out and support your first responders!
