Club members prepared 25 wooden flowers prior to the club meeting. Each flower was cut from wood stencils, sanded and painted. The black circle is chalk board paint so that messages and good thoughts can be written and changed daily. At the club meeting, member wrote messages and adorned with stickers and ribbon. All of the “flowers” were donated to the Alzheimer’s unit at John Knox Village. a local retirement and elder care facility.
