St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Pillowcase Project
A pillowcase is something that most of us take for granted each night when we go to bed. However, for hospitalized children, it can mean the world. It can mean the difference between feeling uncomfortable in a hospital bed as opposed to a feeling of being at home.
WHALE Kits – We Have A Little Emergency
Over 200 WHALE Kits were donated to the Family of Christ Child Development Center this year! These kits are designed as an emergency identification system for EMS workers if your car is in an accident and the driver incapacitated. The child information is included on the car seat and the WHALE sticker identifies to the EMS team that the information is behind the seat.
SOMA helps Domestic Violence Shelter in Pasco County
Members donated 144 bras to SOMA, who in turn donated this items to Sunrise of Pasco County ( a domestic violence shelter). Our guest speaker encouraged members to donate bras whenever possible. SOMA collects them throughout the year.
