Winning first place at GFWC Florida Arts and Crafts Group category for our Angel Cocoons Project was an honor for our group. This project is so dear to the hearts of our members. We donated our own wedding dresses so a few of our members with lovely sewing skills can create adorable gowns for babies that gained their angel wings too soon. This was certainly a bittersweet project …. but it is the least we can do for the mothers and family who lost a child.
